  2. Check your email/text  for your prescription. Be sure to save the Fullscript email address to avoid landing in your junk box

  3. Fill your script and add to your cart

  6. Wait for your goodies to arrive!

  7. When you need refills, Fullscript will automatically send you a reminder a week in advance so you can refill your script.  I will often tell you if I want you to check-in before re-ordering. Otherwise Feel free to re-order again so you don’t run out.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your order is shipped, Fullscript will send you an email with the tracking info.  If you didn’t get this email, check your junk/promotion folder and save the fullscript address to your address book so you won’t miss these emails in the future.


Q: The product you recommended is heat sensitive- do I really need next day shipping?

A: Most often, an ice/cool pack is within the package, so a 2-day ship will be fine. 


Q: My package was left out all day on my hot porch, will my supplements be okay?

A: Ideally we recommend bringing in your supplements as soon as you can especially on really hot days, so they can be in a room temperature environment and any supplements that require refrigeration be placed in the fridge as soon as possible. We know that’s not always possible,  but if you bring them in by the end of the day, you should be ok. 


Q: Dr. Vera ordered my supplements for me, how long will it take for them to arrive/Why are they taking so long?

A: We do our best to process your orders in 2 days. Shipping normally takes 2 days. So you should expect your supplements in 4-5 business days.


Q: What is Fullscript’s return policy?

A: Fullscript is happy to process a return for products that are unopened, non-heat sensitive/non-perishable and have been purchased within the last 30 days. You will need to contact the support team at Fullscript 1-866-807-3828 for a RMA number required for your return. The RMA is the number our warehouse uses to track returns and will aid in processing your refund.
